We're Hiring: Freelance Drafter (Remote)

Are you detail-oriented, technically skilled, and passionate about design and construction? We're looking for a freelance Drafter to join our team remotely and support exciting technical and creative projects.

Responsibilities:

Create and interpret technical blueprints for the shop and installation teams.
Develop clear and accurate 2D and 3D models.
Prepare files suitable for CNC milling processes.
Ensure all plans meet applicable residential and commercial building codes.
Collaborate with the design and fabrication teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

Proficiency in 2D and 3D modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, etc.).
Basic knowledge of carpentry and fabrication techniques.
Familiarity with CNC milling requirements.
Understanding of residential and commercial building codes.
Scenic or theatrical drafting experience is a plus!

Position Type: Freelance / Remote
Project Duration: Per project, with potential for ongoing collaboration
Compensation: Based on experience and portfolio

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
