We are currently seeking a Dispatch and Warehouse Associate who is reliable, punctual, and physically capable to support our warehouse and logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain inventory in optimal condition, including receiving, verifying, and storing all company purchases.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop and storage areas, including replacing or repairing flooring in warehouse areas as needed.
- Assist the Warehouse Manager in picking, preparing, and dispatching materials for various projects.
- Drive a box truck occasionally to pick up or deliver materials and tools based on company needs.
- Use basic Excel and computer skills to record inventory movements and support logistics tracking.
- Load, unload, and safely handle materials weighing up to 75 lbs.
- Perform general physical warehouse duties as required.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar role (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of Excel and general computer proficiency.
- Physically fit and able to perform labor-intensive tasks.
- Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and collaborate effectively with a team.
- Responsible, punctual, and well-organized.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain inventory in optimal conditions, including receiving, verifying, and storing all company purchases.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and storage areas, including replacing or repairing flooring in warehouse areas as needed.
Assist the warehouse manager in picking, preparing, and shipping materials for various projects.
Occasionally drive a box truck to pick up or deliver materials and tools depending on the needs of the business.
Use basic Excel and computer skills to record inventory movements and support logistics tracking.
Safely load, unload, and handle materials weighing up to 75 pounds.
Perform general warehouse physical tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or similar functions (preferred).
Basic knowledge of Excel and computer science in general.
Good physical fitness and ability to perform labor-intensive tasks.
Ability to follow directions, work independently, and collaborate effectively with a team.
Responsible, punctual and organized.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
